Shipping policy

Shyamvana Crafts ships worldwide from India. Sample orders typically ship within 3-5 business days via international courier, with tracking provided by email. Bulk and wholesale orders are shipped by sea or air freight depending on order size and destination, with lead times and export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin) confirmed at the time of quote. Customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

International orders (all destinations outside India): delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days from dispatch. Shipping cost is calculated by parcel weight at checkout; orders totaling $100 or more ship free. Any VAT, GST, customs duties, or import taxes applicable in the destination country are collected by the courier at the time of delivery and are not included in the item price or shipping cost shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs processing and carrier delays outside our control. If an order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we will trace it with the courier.
